1. Maintaining Dewatering Systems for Over 30 Years

TSS oversees environmental projects for a major chemical manufacturer across multiple facilities in Louisiana, Tennessee, and Texas. Our team specializes in dredging and dewatering operations for both lined and unlined surface impoundments. These dewatering programs focus on minimizing waste and recovering byproducts for beneficial reuse.

To date, TSS has safely treated over 20 million gallons of wastewater at these facilities using innovative technologies, significantly reducing offsite disposal costs. Notably, at one location, we have maintained dewatering systems for over 30 years, efficiently reclaiming process byproducts for reuse as a state-exempted agricultural soil amendment.

2. Incident-Free Since 2017

Since 2017, TSS has been an incident-free contractor at a manufacturing facility in southeastern North Carolina. We offer a complete range of environmental maintenance and industrial support services, including impoundment dredging, dewatering, landfill maintenance, levee construction, and dam structure upkeep.

TSS also provides turnkey environmental and industrial support services for pulp and paper manufacturers across the United States. Our services encompass surface impoundment maintenance, including sediment dredging and dewatering, as well as landfill management involving waste collection, transport, and operation.

At pulp and paper facilities, we provide extensive safety and administrative oversight, material screening and classification, and the construction of new landfill cells. Our scope also includes surveys and documentation, stormwater management, civil construction, recycling and reuse, and round-the-clock supplemental support, such as rail switching, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
